We had amazing and enjoying training for the day for american sign language. Our trainee was Mr Dave , he was so cool and amazing teacher. And also Mr mohamad is very polite. Thank you for teaching and thank you for the knowledge🙂

As i see, i am one of those ppl who did not check the reviews before going there & I regret it !.... Yesterday i started an Arabic learning course, and guess what : the teacher doesn't speak good English, she does not know what is the difference between ALPHABET, VOWELS & CONSONANTS. She was talking very fast, making many mistakes saying one thing & writing something else. We all went there to learn how to speak, not "to read signs & boards" as she said. In order to teach ppl speak a specific language as a foreign, the teacher MUST be fluent in both so she/he can explain. I am saying this a a Master of Arts In Philology, Teacher & Lecturer in English, Greek, Russian & Bulgarian. After 30 min, i lost interest as it was not a good way of teaching, so i contacted the admin to get my money back ( i paid cash) , as its not worth for me , but she said they don't do a refund, but promising they will get in touch with me. Today i asked the admin for the name of the teacher, as i am planning to complain at KHDA, but she asked to give them more time.....This is all very very bad & wrong. All i want is my money back as they are not in a position to give me the services i paid for. An update : Yesterday, 22/o7 the admin sent me an email at 7.28 pm to have a Zoom call with another teacher at 6.45 PM... Yes, correct....And the teacher is a Nutritionist, teacher of English Literature.... Pomegranate ...WAKE UP & EXPLAIN WHY YOU HOLD MY MONEY ? WHAT IS THE REASON ???? I don't owe you anything, neither you have qualified teachers. Refund my money !!!

I’ve had a great experience learning German at this institute. The place is always neat, well-organized, and creates a comfortable environment for learning. The receptionist is very kind and helpful, and my teacher, Mrs. Mariam, is absolutely amazing; she explains everything clearly, is very patient, and makes the lessons enjoyable. I genuinely look forward to every class. I highly recommend this institute to anyone interested in learning a new language! The institute is also very versatile and offer other courses such sign language, communication and confidence building skills, customized workshops and many more!

Had a great experience with the First Aid training at Pomegranate Institute! The session was super practical and easy to understand. The trainer explained everything clearly and made sure we felt confident to handle real situations. Highly recommend!
