Pools by Design has designed, built and installed our beautiful pool and water feature and I could not recommend them highly enough! From the very first moment I spoke with Lewis he was kind, patient and helpful answering all the many questions I had. It was the first time we bought and installed a pool so the many choices and decisions felt a bit overwhelming and intimidating at first however Lewis guided us through everything very patiently. Along the way there were many decisions we had to take and I asked Lewis every time for his expert advice which he gladly gave and I could not be happier with the end result. It is not often you can trust a contractor blindly without being on their case, however with Pools by Design it was the complete opposite and it made the whole installation super care and stress free. One of the many things which stood out for me was Lewis' enthusiasm helping us, our pool was relatively small (6 x 3 meter) comparing to other projects they are doing, however he made us feel as we were his top priority every single step of the way and even the aftercare has been fantastic. Thank you Pools by Design and especially Lewis to make our dream pool a reality!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Pools by Design. Lewis and his team took time to understand our requirements and made recommendations on design and features along the way. They did an amazing job from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of the pool, the team were very professional and always available to answer any of our questions. The project was completed on schedule and within budget. Their attention to detail was top-notch. Every part of the pool installation was handled with care, from the layout to the quality of materials. Even after the pool was completed,they’ve been available to answer our questions and technical queries. Pools by Design exceeded our expectations and has delivered us a stunning pool. They have easily been the best company we’ve dealt with in our entire time in Dubai. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool and highly recommend them!

We got a few offers and Pools by Design were cheaper than the concrete pools and it was promised to us that the entire process would be faster than a "regular" concrete based pool. They promised us a delivery time and they kept that promise. The pool went in without an issue and the works around the pool took a couple of weeks. Lewis and his team were amazing. We could always reach Lewis when we had any questions or concerns and he was always helpful. We opted for custom build pool + jacuzzi + water feature. 2 separate heaters and all filters and pumps to run everything. We got a proper "training" on how to use the equipment on handover. I can highly recommend them from our personal experience.

Just wow! David and Lewis knew my vision and took everything I wanted in to account, and I now have my dream garden. Adrian and Anil were so professional and Anil designed me the most amazing water feature which I am in love with. The team are so professional and the whole process was seamless, the pool was installed in 2 weeks and the whole project complete in just over 5 weeks!! I am extremely happy with Pools By Design and would recommend them to everybody, I genuinely believe this is one of the nicest, highest finished pools I have seen. Incredible! Thank you PBD TEAM 😊
