Fast easy service. Messaged this morning booked in no problem at all. I personally upgraded to the super charged jet ski and boy does that move. If you wanna feel like a rocket on water definitely upgrade it's worth the little extra. All staff really good..super chill vibe. Prices are extremely fair. I've been to other countries and paid way more for way less quality jet ski and time on the water. 5 stars all day long thank you guys

I had a very disappointing experience with this jet ski rental. First, I lost over an hour of my time due to poor management and a lack of organization. Once I finally got on the water, the jet ski kept turning off repeatedly and had trouble starting, which made the whole experience frustrating and stressful instead of fun. For the price and expectation of a smooth ride, this was unacceptable.

Unfortunately, my experience with POPEYE Jet Ski Rental was disappointing. We were kept waiting for over an hour without any clear communication, which was a frustrating and unprofessional start. The manager’s attitude was particularly disrespectful and unaccommodating, which made the situation even more unpleasant. Once we finally received the jet skis, we found that 3 out of the 4 1800cc units were in poor condition and noticeably underperforming. It was clear they had not been properly maintained. Overall, the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of equipment made for a very unsatisfactory experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both their service and customer approach.
