Quick and easy service. I brought in my vehicle registration card, and they promptly matched it to the front brake pads (AED 160) and temperature sensor (AED 70) I needed. Since I don’t usually buy parts in Dubai, I can’t comment on whether the prices were fair, but they seemed reasonable. There was no line when I went on a weekday afternoon, and the service was efficient and prompt.
My preferred auto parts store for my Lexus. I've been purchasing from them for over 8 yrs. They are very helpful and will get you what you need. Their prices are also reasonable and genuine OEM parts.
Reasonable prices and good customer service
Very unprofessional attitude towards customer. Specially a man named Mr. Suji or something, 0% ethics that how to talk to a customer. The attitude was "If you want purchase or else go". When I asked him to transfer the line to the Manager or anyone Senior available, He says "I'm the only senior here". Not at all helpful in any way. Please get your parts 10-20 dirhams expensive but from a place that really values you and the business you bring to them.
