I am writing to escalate my terrible experience with the nabooda Porsche body shop in dubai. I have been a customer of Porsche Middle East for almost 20 years and am very disappointed in how they treat their customers. I have Been trying to get a damage and repair report for a used car for almost a month but they will not cooperate for some reason despite providing them with all documents they requested including the identification credentials and Noc from the owner. The best they could do was provide me verbal information about the car repair over the phone after I went through all the trouble of providing them with all the documents they requested. Not sure what the problem of these people is. The owner is traveling outside uae and has a medical emergency so he cannot come personally to collect the repair report for his car. He gave me a signed noc so I can collect it on his behalf. What exactly is the problem here and why do they still refuse to share the report?! I hope you can escalate this to their management and provide the report asap.
Miserable customer journey. I feel miserable very miserable customer experience with Porsche. My car with dealer in Saudi Arabia ((case: ID 5611539))for three months for a recall he refused to do until I pay or sign open budgeted fixing my car. Porsche customer care are doing nothing to my case.
Simply,,, Porsche not caring about its customers!! No body picking the calls through the call centre of the Region office, even not accepting their customers in the Region office! and security guard referring customers to the agent workshop, but what if we have an issue with the agent itself? This is my 2nd and last Porsche car which due to this careless and lack for handling and solving customer’s issues.
It is really astonishing when you send post service survey and I mention that it wasn’t good, no one calls to follow up and then I receive another survey asking if the response to my survey was sufficient (nothing happened) so I respond that no one called me. After two days, I receive a call during a meeting, I ask the person to call me in ten mins, I waited for like four days now since then and no one bothered to call to know what their customer is concerned about. Really low level of customer service when your team is only bothered to do a check list, a phone call even if nothing was discussed is considered by them sufficient to ignore the customer afterwards … really incomparable to other dealers I dealt with for my other car. Update 21/10/2023 Since the response to my review by Porsche apologizing and asking me to call for more details, which I did, and gave full details and the agent was so apologetic, and promised serious action within 48 hours, it is still two weeks now with zero communication not followup, this company is by far having the worst customer service agents for a luxury brand and sincerely hope eveyone knows what to expect when you pay huge money and receive the treatment of customers perhaps buying a Chinese car, Poor poor experience and poorly trained agents Update 11/12/2023 Still no repsonse to the review, no follow-up from Them, really regret I bought Porsche now if this is their level of customer care... Please note that this shouldn't be the standard when you are representing this brand
