This studio is one of the few that gives results through reformer pilates - the classes are challenging and you'll definitely see an improvement in your technique, toning, etc in a short amount of time if you're consistent... one thing I found was you really need to choose the right instructors. Everyone has their preferences, and for me, Addie and Nicole are my preferred instructors as they're truly amazing. You can tell they're highly experienced, they know how to guide the class well, they're able to help people individually without disrupting the class flow, and they strike the right balance in making the class challenging with optional modifications for all levels. The studio space is small, but I don't mind it. if you're looking for a studio with large facilities, showers, spacious changing rooms etc, then this probably isn't right for you. The staff at reception are great, particularly Ace. I'm enjoying my membership here and would highly recommend it.

Only been doing Pilates for a few months now but so so glad to have found this studio and be taught the basics here. I tried their private session and instantly fell in love with the practice. I try to be more consistent now with them and have seen so much progress with my mobility, strength, and the way that I’m now more toned. I take classes from both Palm and Downtown and both are great — the downtown most especially since I live 10-15 min away and the ambience is so on-point. All instructors have their own styles and you can never pick one favorite for sure as all of them are great with their craft and they all make you sore anyway lol Recently I took a Tempo class with Jess in Downtown and it was frankly one of the most intense session I’ve had so far (her energy’s just off the roof haha), and that’s just saying that the instructors are versatile and able to custom their classes to match the level of energy of the room and while they look out for you, they also push you to your limits so you can improve more. It was intense, but 10/10 will def do it again 💗✨

As a Pilates instructor myself, I am very picky about my workouts. This is my favorite studio in Dubai. I liked every single instructor I tried so literally book without checking the name. I love the interior. I’m more of a Palm girl but I go to both branches.

My first experience at this studio was disappointing. There were no clear instructions provided about parking, which caused us to arrive late. We had to call for help, but the details we received were vague and unhelpful. When we finally made it in, we were told we had only 5 minutes left to check in or we wouldn’t be allowed to join — even though the delay was caused by their poor communication. I was also told that I couldn’t reschedule my class because I didn’t cancel 12 hours in advance. But honestly, it’s hard to respect policies when the studio itself didn’t respect our time or experience as first-time clients. Overall, not a welcoming or professional first impression.

My experience was bad. They do not send an e-mail reminder in the same day for the class and I messed up 17PM with 7PM. I wrote to them that I mixed up the hours (having the class booked a few days prior) and they said that unfortunately they can't accommodate me in any class on the next day (due to the fact that it was 6:50 PM when they told me I can join Yoga at 7PM). I mentioned that the class should be any they have availability and they can let me know 1 hour in advance.. No understanding from their personal. Basically I paid a class which I never took, Due to their "policy" they lost a long term client. They are many studios in Dubai which look nice.. but the difference is the customer service. They should pay more attention to that.
