Would avoid at any cost. Zero customer service. Staff liaising with customers have alot to learn and either do not speak English or cannot understand it. As a customer you don't want to repeatedly keep chasing their staff for a quote, you also don't want to have to keep chasing to make an order. ''My estimator was not in yesterday, the estimator has left for the day, the estimator is off sick''... and similar excuses about the estimator when chasing for a response to a basic message, from the individual. These questions had nothing to do with this poor estimator, who was constantly being blamed!! Even after calling and speaking to staff, zero action taken. Stuck on whatsapp liaising with an incompetent member of staff. Any factory based business without a landline for contact, should ring alarm bells.
