BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY!! Their employees are SCAMMING people and keeping their money, and the company refuses to take responsibility. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Powerhouse, and I urge everyone to exercise extreme caution with this company. Being completely new to Dubai, I contacted an agent from Powerhouse about a rental property in Aykon City. After paying all the fees they requested, I was shockingly barred by security from entering my apartment just seven days later. I was forced to pack up and leave the building on the grounds that the property was not authorized for rental—a fact I was never informed about. Despite repeated attempts to contact both the landlord and the agent, Nitesh Gul Ramnani, my calls have been consistently ignored. When I reached out to Powerhouse, they informed me that Mr. Ramnani had not registered the deal within their company and claimed they could not be held responsible, even though the property is also registered by their company. It is incredibly frustrating and confusing; they have kept all the rent, commission, and deposit I paid, and now Powerhouse is washing their hands of the situation, despite knowing that this individual works for them. This experience has left me questioning the integrity of the company as a whole. Answer: I appreciate your response. However, I must emphasize that while the agent was working with you, he represented your agency. It is your responsibility to address this situation, especially concerning legal matters, but instead, the company have chosen not to take any action. This employee was part of your team. Are you suggesting that clients should now distrust Powerhouse employees and proceed with caution? This is incredible!!
