I had a very disappointing experience. The delivery of my boxes took more than 10 days with no proactive updates. I had to follow up daily, but customer support and the operations team seemed disconnected, which resulted in repeated apologies but no real action. When the boxes finally arrived, they were completely damaged. Worst experience ever.

I received a message at 8:16 AM stating that my shipment was out for delivery, but the entire day passed without any delivery. I had to make multiple follow-up calls just to track my parcel, yet I received no clear update. In the end, the delivery never arrived. This kind of service is unacceptable. It shows poor coordination and lack of accountability. As a customer, I expected better. Extremely disappointed with the experience.

THE WORST experience. I paid extra fee for delivery to get my order on the same day, but today is the third day I've been waiting for my delivery, and no one from the service has contacted me. I called myself the next day after the delay, they said they'll bring everything tomorrow "sorry, sorry". But the next day my parcel didn't arrive either, and again silence. I called the support again, and there they started asking for the delivery address again for some reason, but I said nothing has changed, when should I expect the delivery? and they told me tomorrow, again, and this has been going on for three days! In the parcel tracking they put a note that I was unavailable at the address , but I was at home, and no one called me, they just don't bring my parcel! Don't deal with this company and I really surprised that brand like Zara is working with this low professional delivery company!

I received a message in the evening saying that the package would be delivered at any time today. However, I didn’t receive any calls or follow-up messages after that. When I checked the tracking information, it stated that a delivery attempt was made but the recipient was not available. That is simply not true. No one called me, and no one came to my address. I had provided the address of my own restaurant when I placed the order. The restaurant is open from 7 AM to 12 midnight, so there is no way the delivery attempt could have failed due to unavailability. This is extremely frustrating . Extremely disappointed with PostaPlus. My shipment from ZARA was supposed to be delivered since June 22, and today is June 25 still nothing at 6:18 pm. I’ve called them every single day, and each time they mislead me and say It’s out for delivery. That is simply not true. This level of dishonesty and lack of reliability is unacceptable. They have zero credibility and absolutely no respect for customers’ time. I strongly do NOT recommend dealing with this company. If you value your time and peace of mind.
