My Journey with Prana started a year and half and each step with Nisha and Praveen has been absolutely profound. They are more than just therapists for us. And to add more to the journey we got the opportunity to attend the recent retreat " The Labyrinth'' at Nepal with Dr. Yuvraj Kapadia. This has been a life changing experience for me personally. The place, the love & connection we all shared , the experience , everything was life changing. The Labyrinth definitely feels re-birthing for me. Heartfelt Gratitude.

Nisha and Praveen, the meticulous planning and heartfelt efforts you put in through Prana made this retreat seamless and sacred. The setting in Nagarkot, combined with your dedication to creating a nurturing environment, allowed all of us to focus fully on our spiritual journeys. I am also deeply grateful to the wonderful participants who filled these days with love and unforgettable memories. Sharing this journey with such a kind and supportive group was a blessing.
