I am really happy with the grooming service! I took my cat for basic grooming over a month ago. The groomer was professional and cut her hair the way that respected the natural shape- and she is still looking great. I also really appreciate how kind and helpful the attendants are, especially Rob. And they care much about the onboarded pets. Place I trust 😊

Precious paws pet spa is a life saver! Staff are very good with fur babies I’ve been in a lot if groomers and day care in Dubai and so far they are the best. This is the only place where my baby will get her nails done (like a princess) and their day care service is also amazing my baby loves this place it’s home for her. Special thanks to Lori and Chris for always taking good care of princess

I used to love their grooming and customer service but they dropped in both really quickly! I stopped taking my cat there after my last horrible experience! Extremely rude staff at the reception, non-experienced groomers, very basic grooming quality (I do it better at home myself). Save your time and money and find another better groomer for your precious paws.

I take my cat here regularly for grooming (cutting nails mostly) and super happy with the consistently great service. The team is excellent and the store itself is well priced.
