I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent repair service provided for my fridge. I had requested repairs for both a gas leak and an issue with the defrosting mechanism. While the technician addressed the gas leak, the defrost problem was not repaired, and I was informed that the technician did not know how to fix it. Despite multiple attempts to contact you for clarification, I received no satisfactory response. After five days, the technician returned to inspect the fridge again, but no progress was made
Utterly Disappointing & Unprofessional* The refrigerator repair service was a complete scam! Took my money, did nothing to fix the issue, and then became unresponsive. Multiple calls resulted in endless excuses and vague promises. This company is a masterclass in taking advantage of customers. Avoid them at all costs!
