Very Bad experience I have with this branch previous time I every time visit premier ras AL khor branch that staff very good Very kind and helpfull But umm ramool branch staff to much insulting behaviour and non serious attitude very unprofessional.. Salesman behavior very bad
Great Service 🤝 I was looking for the radiator thermostat which was not available with other spare parts shops, it was closing time of the shop while I reached their , I dint informed them about unavailability of spare parts with other shops, even though it’s a small value (Approx 80/-) they arranged & gave me from their other outlet which was distance of 40 minutes up & down from the garage with their special delivery team . I felt it’s a great service & appreciate for their hospitality. Thanks again for your service . Haskar Hameed
Good shop, all genuine spare parts are always available at good rates. Compared their prices few times to a similar shop in Sharjah and they were always cheaper.
Beware!! I have purchased a FAULTY blower motor module (resistor) from them for my Mitsubishi Lancer. Same day tested and found out is indeed faulty but cannot refund/replace it.
THE only best place to get OEM parts. Ask for santhosh as he is the best sales person you can ever deal with. Highly recommend
