Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel

The house keeping service was absolutely wonderful. The room was exceptionally clean, the bathrooms spotless and the creative way the bed was made was impressive. The housekeeper (SADDAM) was always professional, friendly and always ready to help whenever needed. Their attention to detail made the stay comfortable. This service is highly recommended and will be used again.

The resturant waitress Ms. Honey was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Excellent service from the waitress, attentive and polite. She took care of us perfectly, always with a smile. We saw only she managed alone all the table with efficiency and a positive attitude, which made our breakfast experience enjoyable.

I stayed in Premier Inn, Dragon Mart Dubai for 15 nights. The rooms were very much neat, clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is complimentary which is nice. The cleaning staff members Karan and Saddam were very good at cleaning the rooms and maintaining well. They were very polite and good. Kudos to the entire Premier Inn servicing team.

Last week we had a night stay with my wife. The overall experience of the room, food and the ambience were awesome. I must thank Mr. Nakash and Mr. Riyaz for greeting us with a great enthusiasm and smiling face at the reception. Stuff at the hotel were very helpful when I needed something special and they immediately arranged it. On top of everything this hotel is a value for money.

Saddam Islam house keeping is very nice man and keeps rooms very clean. I really appreciate and recommend him. His supervisor Goma is also a very nice lady and helped us a lot during my stay.
