I started ordering from Prep and Co a few weeks ago, and I’m genuinely surprised by the quality — in a good way! I’m very picky when it comes to food, but these meals are incredibly high-quality. The customer service is amazing as well. There are different meal plans tailored to different goals, which I really appreciate. I personally love the low-carb plan, as it helps me stay on track with my macros and get enough protein. It’s made balancing my active work life and sport routine so much easier. Going to use Pre and co meals for sure for the next months💜

I'm pleasantly surprised with every single meal I've received. The quality is fantastic and menus change every week. I'm not vegan, but I've tried a lot of their options and all of them are full of flavor and nutritious. They've got me hooked!! Breakfast options are so delicious 🤤, I never would've thought that having waffles, pancakes could be part of a weight loss plan. I have patiently waited for my deposit refund, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. Every time I follow up, I’m told it will be processed “today or tomorrow,” but this has been the case for nearly a week now with no resolution. During my subscription, I also found the meal portions to be quite small. While I appreciate that an extra meal was added, the issue isn’t about the number of boxes, but rather the actual nutritional value — especially protein content. As the company itself stated, “it’s not about quantity, but quality.” Unfortunately, that standard wasn’t fully met in my experience. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience for me, and I still look forward to receiving my deposit refund as soon as possible. Yazan

I have been ordering food for a month now, salad and dinner. They have great variety of food to choose and low-calorie food with every morning delivery. Fresh fish, shrimp, meat are prepared in different ways. Salads are always green and there are no spoiled leaves. The food is balanced and suitable even for toddler. Initially, you need to leave a deposit for a refrigerator bag which is around 150 aed. First order comes with discount. Professional and friendly support from customers service.
