Extremely disappointing experience. I went to this agency to renew my tenancy contract and was pressured to pay a 1,000 AED renewal fee, even though I had already paid them a commission during the first year when they found me the property. The agent wasted over an hour of my time in their office, refusing to proceed unless I accepted this unfair charge — despite the fact that I had clearly objected to this clause in the past. Their behavior was unprofessional, stressful, and felt like manipulation. According to RERA (Dubai law), such renewal fees are not legally required from tenants unless agreed upon, and the agent is acting on the tenant’s behalf — which they weren’t. They represent the landlord, yet tried to shift their costs onto me. If you’re a tenant dealing with this company, be very careful and read every line, as they may try to include hidden charges and pressure you later. Not recommended at all.
