Issues in: Product, Quality and Manufacturing Am writing this review forced as till date no one from their team or even management tried to get the job done. Order has been given to them on 5/9/2023 and till date only two items from total 5 items has been installed and with a very poor quality. As shown here in the pictures shows the bad quality where holes visible and acrylic sticking out of from the frame and paint isn’t clean. This order has been given to them on 5/9/2023 and till date it’s not been done which means 49 days, as per their quote it’s showing 8 to 10 days production. Still we have more pictures if the rubbish quality we received, adding to that the delay we faced with them and they don’t want to rectify. We had asked for refund but they are refusing. We have now to order it through a proper signage company. I don’t recommend this company as it’s a waste of money and time to order. Once am satisfied with service then we would remove this review. Very bad product and unprofessional team to deal with. And wrong method of manufacturing Update on this review 31/10/2023: After many emails sent to them and calling them up to rectify the issue or refund our wasted money with them, still we receive an ignorance emails from them claiming they had done their job, where still their job not done on site. We had placed order on 5/9/2023 and till date they didn’t complete the job which means it’s 56 day delay and still counting. We had reached their management, again with no positive response. To be honest now we knew why the company is treating their customers this way. It’s due to the management way of dealing with issues and their internal management skills. Don’t waste your money and time and work with Prime Advertising, you will regret it 100%. Update on this review 10/5/2024: Instead of rectifying the issues and loss of money and time due to their work, we got a threatening email for legal action against us if we DONT REMOVE this review. ...
