I wrote to the gym 2 days ago and was surprised by Sarah's caring and attentive service. I confess that my goal was not to join at that time, but the attention was so great that I ended up paying for the membership. Today was my first day at the gym and I felt very comfortable, I had a great workout. In short, I can say that despite the gym being small and with the essential equipment, working out was a pleasure, due to the organization, attention of all the employees, organization of the equipment, cleanliness, music (volume and style) and smell. I joined this gym mainly for the unlimited group classes, which were advertised as part of the membership. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is generally friendly. However, I’ve been disappointed with the group class scheduling. Despite booking in advance, many of the classes haven’t taken place over the past few weeks. I was later informed that a minimum number of participants is required—which means the class won’t happen at all, since only a few people are interested in taking the classes. This condition was never communicated during sign-up. If someone is considering this gym based on the group class offering, I would recommend finding a better gym nearby.

Extremely disappointing experience! I visited the gym with high expectations, hoping to learn more about the membership options and see if it would be the right place for me to train. Unfortunately, the customer service was a complete letdown. From the moment I arrived, I felt a total lack of interest from the staff. No one introduced themselves, they didn’t explain the services clearly, and made no effort to properly show me the facilities. When I asked about the plans, the answers were vague and unhelpful, with no willingness to provide guidance or clear information. It honestly felt like I was bothering them just by being there.
