We had a very disappointing experience with Prime Metal Industry due to significant trust and payment issues. We completed an urgent job for them over three months ago, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, we have yet to receive payment. This prolonged delay has caused considerable frustration and has severely impacted our trust in this company.
Bunch of unprofessional people. No sense of customer service. Totally not recommend this company for any metal work as they will ignore you the moment you have paid them.
