I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Private Collection, and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. After just a short period of use, the sole of one sandal started coming apart, as shown in the attached photos. I expected much better durability for the price I paid. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I was met with poor customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping resolve the problem, and no satisfactory solution was offered. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store if you value both quality and customer service.

The shop located in Level . They have the men and women section ( two different shops next to each other) They have variety of sandals and styles. Price wise is good compared with quality.

Service is not good, purchased sandle and it was having issues, they refused to replace it. they sent it to Italy for repair and i have to wait 4 months to get it back.
