PRO Nails & Beauty Studio - Business Bay Branch

I used to be a loyal customer for over 4 years, regularly visiting both branches. Unfortunately, it seems my favorite nail artists no longer work there—and the attitude I experienced today was unacceptable. The quality has clearly dropped. After applying the gel, there were visible bubbles and it cracked at the end. I pointed it out politely, but two of their so-called top nail artists insisted it was fine. Even another customer agreed it needed to be fixed, yet the staff ignored it and responded with a completely unprofessional attitude. When I first started coming here, the rating was around 4.9. Now it’s dropped to 4.5—and honestly, it shows. In the end, I had the gel removed and walked out. Extremely disappointing

It was surprisingly easy to get an appointment, even for the next day. Studio is modern and staff is very polite. I got my nails done in no time. They pay sttention to every single detail, and do miraculous job. I will be going back for sure.

Was a breeze to book via Classpass. Beautiful small salon. I had one of the most relaxing lymphatic facial massages with Karen. My face felt very lifted and light afterwards. She is very friendly too!

first time experience here but it was a very bad experience , i think this is my first and last time coming here , the results looks very bad , worker showed attitude towards customers , i come here choose this service want to comfort and satisfaction, not for sitting 4 5 hours to suffer, have any customer come in for many hours in the end without being moved? The behavior of the staff when guests comment is to make customer hand very pain, very rough to the customer, extremely unprofessional!
