I had a terrible experience with this courier company. Within the span of just 10 minutes, I received five back-to-back calls from the same number. When I finally answered, the person on the line simply told me that someone else from their team would be in touch no explanation, no reason for the repeated calls, just a pointless conversation that could have been handled with a single message or a properly timed call. To make matters worse, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional and rude. The representative lacked basic communication skills and seemed completely untrained in how to speak to customers. I haven’t had such an unpleasant interaction with any service provider in a long time. This was genuinely the worst I’ve ever encountered.
Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct of Courier Driver Dear Professional Courier Manager / Team, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the conduct of one of your courier driver name Mr Jesvin Ajith during a recent material collection. The driver assigned to our pickup was extremely rude and unprofessional in his behavior. His lack of discipline and courtesy during the collection process was unacceptable. Furthermore, it was evident that he is not adequately trained or skilled, as he appeared confused and unprepared while handling the consignment. We expect a certain standard of service from a reputed company like yours, and such experiences not only affect our workflow but also raise questions about the reliability of your services. We request you to look into this matter seriously and ensure that such incidents are not repeated in the future. no proper customer service and talking to customers in an unprofessional manner. Your company name doesn't deserve to be called professional. It's not the first time this courier service was used by the company where I order. And it's the same as before. They call you and demand not in a very professional way to tell the location well in fact the complete details was already sent to the company where I ordered. I was driving at the moment and even told me to call you guys after driving (sorry but I dont want to pullover on a highway just to send you the location) The parcel was eventually delivered but I dont get why you cant just look up the location on your own. Its always a hassle when i know that my deliveries will be handled by this courier company. Teach your staff to communicate properly, and read the complete details. Learn to navigate on your own, thats why you're a courier service company.

My bank cheque send from fujairah to Sharjah yarmook for room contract, Submit to emirati sponsor So the delivery person just message to WhatsApp morning 7.30 to reciever ... And after delivery boy reached there 11.45 Again just did WhatsApp call one time At that time reciever busy- and not check WhatsApp properly ...reciever waiting a call from delivery person So the delivery person not to try a call then leave ... After I complained office , reception say we already send message to client in WhatsApp...that's enough Not to do call They can't do just a call .... They take service charge 31 aed Not do just a call .... I am totally upset Because emirati shouting and room agent shouting..... So brothers don't do this type of courier service
Professional Courier? More Like Unprofessional Courier. ever want to test your patience or play a fun game of hide-and-seek with your parcel, Professional Courier is the way to go! Ordered an item from Dubai, and the shop decided to surprise me with the legendary Professional Courier (without my consent, of course). The delivery guy initially said he’d come at 10 AM, but of course, 10 AM meant 10:30 AM in their language. When he finally arrived, I decided to give him a taste of his own medicine—I let him wait, ignored his calls, and watched him panic through my CCTV. He rang the bell, called again, and even tried WhatsApp, but I was “busy” (having the time of my life). After multiple rounds of this game, he begged for me to answer. When I finally did, he asked about the extra money I had promised. I simply asked, Where’s the proof? The guy was left speechless, just like their customer service. Moral of the story: If you want your package late and enjoy frustrating customer service, go ahead with Professional Courier. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs,
