I recently did my investor’s visa with Profound Business and I had the worst experience ever. After submitting my application, process took longer than usual. The team was fully aware that my previous visa has expired and that fines are accumulating. Despite my daily follow-ups and calls, the only response I’ve received is that nothing can be done and I simply need to wait. After several frustrating days of unproductive communication, I took the matter in my own hands and went to see the reason behind the delay and found out that my application had been on hold due to a minor issue, which was resolved in just 10 minutes. I repeatedly asked them if there were any problems with my application and even suggested that someone from their end go check on it, but no one took the initiative. All they cared about is charging me the commission and applying online for my visa but never followed up on the process. I emailed them complaining and they promised they’ll investigate the delay. But I never heard back from them. Stay away from this company that doesn’t care about its customers!!!
