For 14 years I have been utilizing services provided by Rania Abdine for purchasing, managing rentals and selling real estate. She is exceptional in terms of experience and integrity . Always top rates are provided and administrative work is done very diligently . Strongly recommend for anyone seeking to work in real estate.

If there were an option to rate ZERO, I would but unfortunately, the lowest is 1 star. Just a heads-up before dealing with the owner. I won’t go into the full details of my experience, but I strongly suggest checking how she responds to online reviews you’ll quickly get a sense of the unprofessional, rude, and often negative tone she uses. Be very careful with the contract and make sure to read the terms and conditions thoroughly. Once you sign and pay, don’t expect helpful communication most of your questions will be met with her just re-sending the contract instead of offering real support. Also, be prepared to have potential tenants viewing the property while you’re still living and paying for it. She considers this part of the agreement, and any objection from your side may result in unnecessary complications while you are moving out including not issuing your move out NOC on time while you paid for movers causing unnecessary stress and lost of money. They will never answer your calls to offer any assistance in such situation while they are all available in the office “Offcourse following her instructions” As for my departure: If she claims the apartment was left messy which i am sure she will do in her rude comment, it’s important to clarify that I requested a proper move-out time in advance, which she ignored. I had to travel the next day, and she only began taking action once she realized I was leaving because she had already promised the unit to someone else. I voluntarily gave up my deposit as compensation for not being able to clean the flat before leaving, yet that still wasn’t enough to satisfy her، probably she was planning not to return anything from the deposit anyway. After three years of renting, always paying on time, and accepting yearly rent increases, I was told literally: “Such a relief not to deal with you anymore.” I’ll let that speak for itself.
