Recently I had attended a session with Eric and Hanz alongwith Phil. The session was really enlightening. I was really able to connect with my colleagues . The learning was very effective and it has imbibed in me. Everyone talks about NPS score but very few understand the mechanism about how NPS works. Net Promoter Score calculations were taught to us thru games and hence the entire team just learned ,without even realizing we were doing math calculations without any stress. Very effective sessions held by Eric and Hanz on 21- Jul-2022. Looking forward for more sessions with ProTraining.
