I decided to check out Pro Tune since it was conveniently located nearby, and I’m really glad I did. I went in for a range of services like car wash, detailing, fluid top-ups, oil change, and more. I stayed the entire time and watched them work, and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. Normally, I feel a bit anxious watching people work on my car since it’s my pride and joy but the team at Pro Tune treated it with genuine care and respect. You can tell they’re car enthusiasts themselves. They used high-quality products for everything from the soap to the tire shine, and they completed all the work in a convenient time. Overall, it was a smooth and satisfying experience. I’d definitely recommend Pro Tune to others looking for quality service and peace of mind.

I am blown away by the service I received from the team at ProTune. In my opinion, the excellent service, comes from the high standards set by the owners. My car felt transformed when I received it. The thorough detailing and care taken was impressive. From dropping it off to receiving it back was just a couple of hours. Granted it was only small work that was needed - 10k servicing and cleaning inside + outside. Customer service was pleasant and payments were quick and easy too. Overall 10/10 service and would 100% recommend ProTune Services to anyone. Only note I could make is that it's a bit hidden. So for your first time you'll have to receive exact directions. After that, quite easy :)

Worst experience ….probably my first and last visit … went for a package which includes oil change ,filter change ,top up fluid ,full diagnosis, break check ,tyre and suspension check.. SOUNDS GREAT FOR 350aed right??? thought its worth ..went there and the guys attending there had no idea what I was there fore.. so they changed the oil clean my ac and air filter .. and fill air to the tyre and thn told me . DONE … I was… seriously these guys are selling package and half of it is not done at the center… I literally had to argue with guys there at the spot making him realise I can’t just call people with package and give half of it… surprisingly when I ask the guy that did he check brakes .? he said its fine and about suspension when asked other guy said all is good… gosh these guys are for real??? They did not even bother to check any where under my car they did not look anywhere … and declared everything is fine….. finally when argued he got one tool to check inside my car .. with some machine … please don’t sell what u cannot offer…

Attention to detail in every single step. I brought a Panamera that had a lot of mechanical issues and it is now driving really smooth. The whole process was informative and the price was better than I expected

I discovered this place by mistake and it was an amazing place they changed the oil filter and did everything with an amazing costumer service they took my car and gave me a ride to home without any extra fees they were super amazing I recommend them for anyone, thank you shaheen for everything ❤️
