I visited this car wash recently and, unfortunately, the customer service experience was not what I expected. One of the staff members did not clearly explain the available services, which caused confusion. Additionally, his tone and attitude felt unwelcoming, as if our questions were a burden. I believe that with better communication and a more respectful approach, the experience could be greatly improved. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps enhance the service for future customers.

As a local resident of Al Jaddaf ENOC Pro Wash 1073 is my local wash I use on a weekly basis more than 3 times a week and the service I have received has been exceptional beyond I could imagine! In addition the attention to detail by staff members is what I commend to upmost and this mainly due to the management. Since day 1 of me coming to ENOC Pro Wash 1073 I was greeted by a gentleman called Shakavat who is a supervisor at the Pro Wash 1073. I was very surprised with his management skills as a supervisor where I saw his service as going for the extra mile as a consumer as well as how he treats his workers and employees around his. His is extremely assertive adaptable and sharp where is is a major asset to the pro wash team at 1073. I would like to thank also the regular service washes Ikram Faheem Shameem It’s because of the exceptional service of these people I highly recommend to use this wash without no sign of doubt.
