I’ve been a regular customer at Auto Pro Car Wash with three cars, but after my most recent visits, I’ve decided it’s time to stop wasting my time and money here. The staff is consistently unprofessional and lazy. I literally have to walk around the car and tell them what to clean, vacuum, and dry — it feels like I’m doing their job for them. The person using the pressure washer barely makes an effort. My rims were left visibly dirty, and when I pointed it out to the guy drying the car, he simply blamed the pressure washer guy instead of fixing the issue. No teamwork, no accountability, and definitely no attention to detail. I’m tired of leaving this place stressed out every time. Instead of offering a smooth and professional experience, it feels more like a chore. Train your staff properly — now I understand why your car wash is always empty. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Came first to wash the car they let someone after me go first. They don’t communicate anything. Absolutely nothing. Went to the reception he said to talk to the guy outside. After a 35 min wait I just left.
