I’ve already shared my review about the vacuuming and cleaning area, but I really wanted to appreciate the amazing team at Auto Pro Wash. Special thanks to RAHEEM&MUNEER&SHAFEEK& KHIRUL they are incredibly polite, hardworking, and always greet customers with a smile. I’ve been a regular customer at ProWash for many years. The quality of the wash has usually been good — that’s why I kept coming back — even though the service wasn’t always great, it was still acceptable. However, during my today visit, I had a very disappointing experience. After waiting patiently in line for over 20 minutes, exactly before my turn came, I was asked to move aside so that another car — apparently a friend of the staff — could be let in ahead of me. This kind of favoritism is completely unprofessional. The company should know about this and take action. When I pointed out how unfair the situation was, the staff responded with rudeness and frustration. They then washed the car in a rushed, careless way, clearly annoyed by my complaint. unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behavior and the fairness of the queue system.

Very very slow guys . If you want to wash your car you have to wait like 1 and half hour .. when the car washed there is too much time to start clean so the water will effect the body coz of the sun
