Easy to find - situated in a very pleasant suburb with plentiful free parking Everybody was very friendly and helpful and it was relatively efficient though maybe some process streamlining would be helpful I was a non-appointment vaccination walk-in and everything was sorted out in under an hour An enjoyable public service with reasonable prices

Really poor service I booked an appointment for 3pm (umrah vaccine) and they gave me the vaccine at 5pm. 2 hours got wasted. If the appointment system is not in order then why are you people telling the customers to come half an hour early. I came at 2:30pm and left at 5pm.

Best for new born birth certificate service. Prior to the visit it is better to register the birth notification in MOHAP site. But you need to provide baby name in arabic also. If not so, can visit typing center that is available inside the facility itself. If you haven't carry photocopies of all required docs, you can take copies from typing center. PN; it's a private agency. Take both english and arabic birth certificates. Rest, you will get a guidance from securities itself. AED 125 for mohap site registration at typing center. Aed 5 for photocopies. After all, Double check your baby's birth certificate.
