This not a complaint but my humble request to RTA team to understand and do the needful as soon as possible with there understanding this situation of summer, regarding this Bus station in Muhaisnah 4 Fewa 2, station No 327002 in winter there is full fledged AC working in station booth but now summer started and there is no AC and it's been a long time that no maintenance has been made by departments so my kind request that do the needful for the necessity, it very hot outside the temperature is increasing day by day I hope the authorities understand the situation and do the needful as soon as possible for public concern.

My Experience at DTC – A Glimpse of the Harsh Reality I came to DTC (Dubai Taxi Corporation) about 18 months ago. Out of this period, the first 13 months were spent in training, processing documents, and obtaining a driving license. For the last 5 months, I’ve been actively driving a taxi on the road. During these 5 months, I have never received more than AED 1,600 as monthly salary. Before coming here, I had seen numerous videos online claiming that drivers earn between AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month. Now I realize those videos were misleading dreams, meant to trap innocent and hopeful people like me. What’s even more disheartening is that every month, fines are deducted from our salary without any explanation. We are never informed why the fine was imposed or what mistake we made. We are left confused, unable to calculate or understand where we went wrong. On top of that, we don’t even get a single day off in a month. The constant pressure of work is physically and mentally exhausting. When we go to the "Key Room," the behavior of some in-charges—especially certain Egyptian supervisors—is extremely disrespectful and rude. Drivers are not treated with dignity, and the way they talk to us is often insulting. I am sharing this experience so that others do not fall into the same trap. If you’re planning to come into this line of work, please do your research properly. Talk to people who are already working here. Do not rely on agents or YouTube videos alone. What is shown online and what happens in real life are completely different.

This review represents all RTA taxi drivers. No leave for two years. If we need leave, we must pay an unspecified amount not in the contract. Promised commission not given as agreed. We have 12-hour workdays, seven days a week. It's very exhausting. There are many fines causing additional stress. They are not machines treat them as a human at least.
