Pumpkin and Kale - Plant-Based Kitchen

We had to find a way to reduce the inflammation experienced by my mum bec of severe joint pain. So happy to have found Pumpkin and Kale. On-time delivery everytime. We chose gluten-free, diabetic friendly and of course vegan. Thank you, Marilyn and team, for not just being a meal company, you're a deliciously healing company.

I chose the Pumpkin & Kale gluten free meal plan because unlike other gluten free food, the quality & taste of this is great! Everything is so fresh and the meals are really varied, I love the addition of the different drinks and snacks (The onion crackers are 😋) and I just feel like there’s so much goodness going into my body. I highly recommend Pumpkin & Kale if you value good quality ingredients & original tasty food.

Amazing healthy delicious vegan food. Im trying to go totally vegan and with Pumpkin and Kale food and it’s so easy, The meals are made with quality ingredients ( i can feel that) and the way they are cooked the food remains super nutritious. If im not cooking myself , pumpkin and kale is my backup. I have tried other meal plans but here the portion is big and so satisfying, that i never end up eating nothing else, what didn’t happen with other companies before😅. The food arrived always fresh and besides the amazing taste, looks amazing and so well packed. My favorite meal plan is low carb, but im keen to try the keto and the raw from Marilyne. I can see she cook with meals with passion. Her snacks are also undoubtedly tasty, the crackers, peanut oat bar, estrogen granolA. I love them all. Its a must to try and everything is so worth it

Pumpkin and Kale is the best Vegan meal delivery in the UAE (they deliver to Abu Dhabi!!!) Food is fresh and the nutritional content is well thought out to ensure you are getting everything healthy your body needs and feeling full between meals. A juice or fruit water and snacks are included each day, which is a nice touch! I especially appreciate that the meals are not too carby and instead are nutrient dense foods. I have been ordering from Pumpkin and Kale for several years with good results, and I’ve even converted my formerly meat eating husband into going vegan during the week thanks to P&K plans!
