Disappointing Experience – Avoid! My friend and I visited this establishment hoping to find our forever puppy, and what we encountered was truly disheartening. We were excited to spend time with the pups and see if we connected with any of them, and to observe their temperaments. While we did have some enjoyable moments playing with the puppies, the overall experience was severely overshadowed by the unprofessional staff and concerning conditions. It's completely normal for puppies to have accidents, but the way they were handled was appalling. One of the men half-heartedly attempted to clean up a puppy's pee with a mop that reeked of old urine. The viewing room itself was unsanitary and had a strong, unpleasant urine odor throughout the entire building, suggesting a severe lack of proper sanitization. To make matters worse, they had three other dogs in the viewing room while we were trying to interact with one puppy. One dog, wearing a tag that said "Bull," was aggressively bullying and biting the other dogs, and even peed on me while I was trying to get to know another pup. Then, they brought in a Pomeranian that immediately started growling aggressively at the other dogs. It was clear these dogs were stressed and, alarmingly, were desperately searching for water. If dogs are playing, they should at least have constant access to water! Their dehydration was very concerning. The customer service was virtually nonexistent. When we expressed interest in seeing another breed, one of the men actually rolled his eyes and dismissively said, "enough." We immediately felt unwelcome and, after that, the "employees" simply retreated to the back room, giving us no opportunity to inquire about prices or further engage with any puppies. Finding a new family member should be a joyful and exciting experience, but the cold, rude, and unprofessional staff here ruined it. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Approximately one month ago, I purchased a dog from this pet shop at around 8:30 PM, just before their closing time. The staff assured me that the dog was fully vaccinated and in excellent health. However, the very next day, I noticed the dog was incessantly itching. Concerned, I immediately took her to a veterinary clinic, only to discover she was in extremely poor condition. The vet confirmed that the dog: • Had severe skin infections and scars, likely caused by filthy living conditions. • Suffered from a significant eye infection, leaving her eyes red and inflamed. • Had a hernia in her belly and one of her nipples has abnormal size. After monitoring her for a few days, I also noticed she had severe breathing issues, with frequent episodes where she struggled to breathe for up to five seconds. A second vet clinic suggested further tests, including an ultrasound, to investigate potential heart or lung problems. Despite giving her medical baths and two rounds of injections, her itching has persisted for over a month. I have tried numerous times to communicate with the shop, but they have completely ignored my concerns and taken no responsibility. As a result, I filed an official complaint with the municipality and am awaiting their action. This shop is operating with blatant disregard for animal welfare and consumer rights. I strongly urge anyone else who has faced similar issues to report their experience to the municipality. Shops like this must be held accountable and shut down to prevent further harm to innocent animals and unsuspecting customers.
