I’m so happy with the service at this veterinary clinic! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Ms. Honey at reception she is incredibly polite, friendly, and truly knows how to deal with clients in such a warm and welcoming way. A special thanks to Dr. Mona, who is simply amazing. She’s so professional, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly and answer all your questions. You truly feel like you’re being cared for by family. I highly recommend this place and will always come back to them.

Such a great veterinarian DR. RADWAN, Also his team Bryan (assistant vet nurse) and HONEY (Receptionist) ! Took excellent care of my cat and made sure he was comfortable throughout the visit. Took my kitten to them due to constant vomiting. I found them on Google due to the fact they were one of the few clinics which are open 24hrs and are 15 minutes away from me. My appointment was at around 10:30PM and was told on the phone any appointment after 10PM has a consultation fee of 400. When i first saw them on Google i couldn’t believe that they have a perfect 5 star review with 300+ reviewers but they were all true! Nurse Mohammed and Dr. Hossam were able to diagnose the problem after the Xray. They were very professional and friendly towards me and even the other patients around. I hope more people find this place, its small and cozy but its the people that makes a place great. Ill be taking my kittens here from now on! Have a great day!

Our first visit did not disappoint, everyone in the clinic is so friendly, professional and patient with Suki (she's usually anxious with vet visits). We went for the annual vaccine and full check up, Dr. Radwan took some time to explain some sensitivities that Suki has due to breed which none of the previous Vets informed me, so I'm very greatful for that. We will definitely come back and thank you to everyone at Purr & Bark.
