Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was truly impressive. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Special thanks to dear Neelam, Mahmoud and the lovely lady at the reception (I didn't catch her name) for their kindness and attention to detail. They greet us with a warm smile every time and made check-in/check-out super easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere!

I had a wonderful stay at Pyramisa Hotel Apartments. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and offers a very comfortable atmosphere. A special thank you to Neelam, the Front Office Manager, for her exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. She was always ready to assist with a smile, making sure every request was handled quickly and efficiently. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made my stay special. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding service.

I had a very pleasant stay at Pyramisa Hotel Apartments. The entire property, including the rooms, was immaculately clean and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and eager to assist, making the experience even more comfortable. We also had the pleasure of meeting a very friendly lady, Jolly, and Jack, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere. While the location is a bit far from downtown Dubai, it is very convenient for anyone working or visiting Academic City, which was ideal for me.

The hotel stay was superb and the services were fantastic. I was there for more than a week, Shahzad came in everyday, checked on my baby’s sleep schedule and cleaned the room accordingly with so much attention to detail. As it was a long stay, and had to leave to the airport; wanted a few things like tape, weighing machine….. all of these were provided and my baby was also pampered with cookies and juice every now and then from the reception. Jolly in the reception made sure that all the processes were smooth and easy, I had no issues at all; indeed she also offered me her personal umbrella after check out as I was walking to my sister’s room in the hot sun…… professionalism stays till check out but after check out if it remains then it is pure gold to have such staff! Long story short - I loved it♥️
