I had a very bad experience at this shop.we are malayalis and the staff were mean and rude to us. However they did treat the pakistani and north indian customers very well. One staff of theirs was making fun of my mom who was trying on the clothes and he was badmouthing us to another Pakistani customer. He was talking in urdu and laughing about us, and even though we understood every word of his, we just kept silent and did not want to make a scene. My mom had already confirmed to buy 2 suits worth more than 200 dhs and was about to try on a third suit , following which this staff just started shouting at my mom .. he said you cannot try this dress. He specifically said “ you dont try and you dont buy from here. We wont sell to you”. We were shocked to see how this staff treated my mom and all the otehr customers and the manager too was just standing there and watching. My mom was on the verge of breaking down at this behaviour , and seeing her reaction my sister and i stepped in to put this man at his place. However none of the other staffs helped us or apologized for this behaviour. We would have complained or took a video of how rude this guy behaved with my mom , but she did not want to do any of that and just leave the store. Such a bad shopping experience. We will never go in to this store ever again.

I have been a regular customer since 2021, but this time I encountered the worst behavior from the staff. On April 6th, my mother made a transaction, and although the amount was deducted, they claimed it didn’t go through and refused to provide the dress. Consequently, my mother had to make a second transaction. The statement now shows two transactions on the same day. I checked with the bank, which confirmed that the issue is on the merchant’s end. I have been following up for the past five days without resolution. I contacted the owner, Abdul, who stated he cannot refund the amount. When I mentioned escalating the matter to the Department of Economic Development (DED), he encouraged me to do so. This behavior is unacceptable.

We had a great experience with all the employees, however umair was extremely good and well behaved. He went out of the way to help us choose our garments and went along with us to fetch matching material from related shops and arrange our transport for travel. We wish him every success in his life. Nice collection but very costly

Quality of all fabric is very nice and prices are very reasonable. One of the best pakistani shop in dubai. I recommend all visitors to shop there.
