Bought an Apple IPad from them which really works well and was happy with the pricing also. One with poor product knowledge and no experience in buying used electronic should avoid this place. The salesmen are not professional.

Very bad experience Very bad service Last time i came from al ain 2 hours driving And you talk with me by rude way You didn’t respect ur customers I will not come to ur shop again Thanks for bad experience Also I change one battery for phone And when i go my country next day It’s not working same problem When i came back and ask him He talk by rude way He told me no maintenance And he didn’t give my money back and didn’t help me to fix my phone again Vvveeerrrryyyy bbbaaaadddd way for talking with customers Only show show show For nothing Before also i buy one phone and replace all my data to this new phone And phone is not good screen not working will When i come back to change or take a new phone He push the price up Because he knows i must take another phone to transfer all my data again That’s my experience with this shop Hope to see them better in the future Thanks 👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Worst Mobile Shop ever in UAE Al most duplicate and damage items with no return policy even if you buy 1 minutes ago. Worst people ever working there after Oh my god person Left. If you want to save your money and valuable time please never ever go to this Shop unless you want to get involved in a fight.

Dont deserve 1 star also but need to give the review. They dont respects any customer, they are just showing on video only that they respect every customers. The mobiles are copy specially iphone are apple replacement devices not original, Those dont work properly and get heated. I suggest everyone not to go there you will just waste your money and time. This shop Must be closed.

Wasted my time going there today! The shop is a rubbish bin with rude "sellers" and nothing that they are "Oh My God ing" about is actually available. Was lucky to find a good shop nearby, and purchased what I needed there. Conclusion: Do not even bother going and wasting your time, leave the clowns for their tik tok videos.
