I orders black rice last year 15 pcs all complained it has white insects I said not possible, so I looked into a new item not open , I saw insects very tiny moving in out the black rices, I was shocked ! No one ate the rice , we tried to put it in the water didn't work neither, it was an expensive type we had to throw it. They do have nice things we hope for them to improve for coming orders.

The saj wraps i ordered from them through careem have mold! all of it to the garbage! stay away from them it looks like there is a serious issue with how they store the food

Rude costumer service, delivery is AWFUL. You receive products that are defrosted and in poor condition. Health authorities should fine them for offering poor service and spoiled food products; this can expose people and cause health problems.

Amazing! The products I ordered arrived in perfect condition and right on time. I’m extremely satisfied with both the quality of the product and the efficiency of their delivery, ensuring everything remained frozen within the promised time slot.

My product was supposed to arrive in a specific date, but no one contacted me. I gave the right location and provided all the necessary details requested!! Yet, I received a call (after chasing them for multiple times with no answer) and they said that they delivered my item to a wrong location by mistake!!! After two days, they called and said that the item has “melted “ … though I already mentioned that when I told them to bring a new one. When I expressed my concern and frustration, they hanged up the phone!!! This is shameful and I requested to cancel my order but I haven’t received any call from their end to apologize!! I need my refund and this is the first and last time to request. Not recommended at all ! 0 star and if there was a minus I wwould give it
