If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They held my package without any reason and failed to deliver most of my items. My Amazon order has been delayed for over two weeks. The courier went to the wrong address, didn’t call, and just left — no update, no effort. I tried calling their numbers, but no one responded. Terrible service with no proper support or tracking. This company should be reported and held accountable. Avoid at all costs!

To begin with, no one answers the phone — and on the rare occasion someone does, the call is either disconnected immediately or there’s no proper response. My Amazon return was wrongly marked as "customer not reachable, I’ve tried contacting the delivery service multiple times with no success or meaningful support. I honestly don’t understand how Amazon partnered with such an unreliable delivery company. If it were possible, I would give them a negative rating. This has been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.

My Amazon order was marked as "customer not reachable," even though I was available the whole time. I’ve been trying to contact the delivery service multiple times, but there has been no proper response. When someone finally answered, I told him that no one responds on the number he gave me. He simply said “OK” and disconnected the call — extremely rude and unprofessional. I genuinely don’t understand how Amazon partnered with such a terrible delivery company. I expected a simple call or update, but got nothing. Their service has caused me delay and frustration, and there is no proper tracking or support. even I am trying to call all the numbers very very unprofessional!

This place is a total scam!!! I have been waiting for a package for over a week. When I put in my tracking number it says the package repeatedly goes out for deliver,y then further delivery, then back to the warehouse. I called the numbers on the website and nobody answers. Finally one guy answered and demanded to know where I got the phone number. I sent multiple emails that were ignored. The main number is for Qatar. This doesn't feel like a legitimate company. DO NOT USE!!!!
