I do not recommend dealing with them at all. I do not know how the Dubai government gave them a license. We rented an apartment for our vacation for 12 days. The first three days were without air conditioning. After that, we spent a day without electricity or water. Without any apology or compensation from them. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. If I had time, I would have reported them to the Dubai police..

"I had a wonderful stay ! Everything was great — the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and always available to assist with anything. Very unfriendly staff. We had a lot of issues in the appartment but they didn't try to help or find another solution. When we said that we would leave the apartment because it was so bad, we were cheekily told to leave. The customer is not valued. We will definitely not book another apartment through this company and cannot recommend it to anyone else.
