My experience with them has been a nightmare from start to finish, and I want to share this experience to warn others. The owners (Andrey and Anna) of this company seem more interested in money than customer satisfaction. After quickly pocketing the payment, communication became a challenge. Responses were scarce, disdainful, and ignorance was the norm. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for them. The lack of professionalism and empathy turned what should have been a pleasant collaboration into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly advise against QVAL for anyone seeking quality customer service. It's better to look elsewhere if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. This review aims to draw attention to the urgent need for this company to seriously reconsider its approach to customer service before losing more dissatisfied customers.
