I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I want to give a special thank you to Chef Ahmad and his amazing team. The food was truly excellent — fresh, flavorful, and with a wide variety that catered to all tastes. Chef Ahmad is not only talented but also incredibly kind. He personally checks in with guests, asking for their feedback and making sure everyone is happy. A big thank you as well to all the staff working in the dining area — the service was professional, friendly, and thoughtful. You can really feel the teamwork and care behind every meal. This kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Thank you again for making our stay so memorable!

Mind blowing place to stay. We had an amazing experience celebrating our daughter’s birthday. We was welcomed to the hotel by Lorimay at reception who couldn’t do enough for us. She made us feel welcome and was very informative. We managed to watch the women’s Euro cup Final at the Scottish Bar where the staff were very warm and attentive. Paul helped us with our bags and helpful advice for when coming back to pick our belongings. 5 star hotel with 7 star rated Staff. Thank you everyone

I had an excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. My flight landed early in the morning, and upon arrival, the staff member Hamana kindly assisted me with an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated as I needed rest after a long flight. She also went above and beyond by upgrading my room to a better one, demonstrating exceptional customer service. Additionally, the staff member who helped with my luggage to my room(apologies for forgetting his name) provided outstanding assistance. The room itself offered a stunning view and was impeccably clean. Overall, my stay was memorable, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.
