Raffles Dubai

This is my third time staying at Raffles Dubai, and once again, it was a great experience. The service is friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the hotel maintains a calm, peaceful atmosphere with no noise or disturbances. The temperature inside the hotel is perfectly cool and comfortable. On the first day, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t performing well, but thankfully it was resolved quickly and everything was fine afterward. Initially, we were given a room that didn’t quite meet our expectations, but the staff was very accommodating and arranged a room change the same day, which we appreciated. We booked our stay with breakfast included. While the breakfast options are a bit limited, the overall quality is very good. A solid choice for anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and a quiet stay in Dubai.

The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful — they assisted me with everything I needed, always with a smile. 🌟 The service was impeccable, and the whole experience felt luxurious yet welcoming. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel... Hajji was very kind, respectful, and attentive. He made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. His warm service truly made our visit special. We really appreciate his hospitality and highly recommend the hotel to others. We'll definitely come back..
