The moment you step inside, you feel it— sense of prestige. In the lobby, I was welcomed by Anna, a lobby host who stood out for her professionalism. She answered every question with clarity and gave me a personal tour. Her confidence and knowledge reflected something more than just a hotel—it felt like an experience being curated for you. While the lack of email follow-up was a miss, the in-person service made up for it. Solid five-star hospitality where it matters.

The hotel is visually stunning, with a majestic vibe that impresses from the moment you arrive. The facilities are well maintained and the staff were attentive and professional. However, there are a few aspects that should be improved in order to truly meet the expectations of a luxury hotel: • The dinner buffet was quite limited in both variety and quality, especially considering the level of the hotel and the price. We expected a much more refined dining experience. • The flooring around the pool area is extremely slippery. This is a real safety concern and should be addressed as a priority to avoid potential accidents. • Our suite was located near one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the noise at night was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. The service team kindly offered us a room change, but it was too late and we were too tired to move in the middle of the night. Still, if it’s known that this area is noisy, guests should not be assigned rooms nearby, or the restaurant’s location should be reconsidered. In summary, the setting is beautiful and the staff are helpful, but there are key details that — if addressed — would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
