Raha Grand Hotel

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff is helpful, and the room I stayed in on the 4th floor was tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There were also no insects during my entire 6-night stay, which i appreciated, especially for the affordable cost of the room. Two towels were provided, along with two free small complimentary bottles of water. I especially liked the spacious balcony and temperature-controllable AC. The only issue I faced was noise, but that can't be helped as the entire neighborhood is under a flight path. The walls were also surprisingly thin. Even on the 4th floor, music can be heard from next door or maybe the club downstairs.

Omg what a change of experience! What started in one terrible experience it ended up in a lovely and most kindness experience! Please please forget the imperfections just love the people they are awesome! The lovely Philippine lady she was super kind. I will never forget this.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. The lady receptionist was unprofessional and didn’t seem to have basic training in customer service. On top of that, there was no cold water available, even in the extreme heat, which made things worse. It’s a shame because with the right management, this place could be much better. Dubai deserves hotels that meet higher standards. Avoid at all costs.

If you can live with the following points, this could be a sweet stay: 1- Very slow internet, sometimes even disconnected 2- No lukewarm water temperature for shower (too hot and too cold)!!! No normal temperature🤔 3- Indifferent behavior of staff 4- Very loud airplane noise (sometimes you imagine you are sitting on the runway at the airport)!! 5- And of course, like all hotels in Dubai (Cockroach) 😑 6- No tea No Coffee in Room

I stayed one night at this hotel — it was a very nice experience. I hope to book it again in the future and would love to return.
