What an amazing experience from Raia’s team educating/assisting us to choose the right products in store to a timely delivery of all items as promised. We bought several items including few Sleepeezee mattresses for the family. Delivery of heavy mattresses was meticulous and there were no scratch marks on the walls nor the floors. We especially admired Raia’s attention to detail given all six delivery staff members were wearing brand new socks to ensure our villa flooring stayed dust free all through the process. We requested for replacement of one of the items (our mistake for not ordering the right item) and our request was honored with replacement done within 48 hours. That was just the cherry on top & it completed one of the best customer experience we’ve ever had. Good customer service is increasingly rare in Dubai hence we thought we had to leave this review. This is how business should be done 👍👏
