I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Rak cleaning tech services. The experience was marred by poor internal communication, which led to unresolved customer concerns. It was evident that the staff arrived with incomplete equipment, despite being fully aware of the services that were required. This oversight not only reflects a lack of professionalism but also raises questions about their operational efficiency. The scheduling process proved to be problematic. Although we had arranged for an afternoon service, I was informed that the team would be delayed by more than two hours. In terms of quality, the service fell short of expectations, particularly when considering the value one anticipates when engaging with a professional service provider. The combination of inadequate preparation and lack of effective communication resulted in an overall unsatisfactory encounter.I cannot and will never recommend them to any potential customers again based on my experience. It is crucial for any service-oriented business to prioritize clear communication and proper preparation in order to meet customer needs effectively. Unfortunately, this was not demonstrated during my interaction with them.
