I’d like to take a moment to appreciate how easy it was to deal with them, based on my recent experience. Portal 360 was a huge help it made the whole process much easier and smoother. As a current client I deeply regret becoming a RAKEZ customer and I can't recommend RAKEZ services to anyone. Unfortunately, the team is extremely indifferent and incompetent. Even when you pay extra for VIP & Royal Services it doesn't change anything - the service is extremely slow. I had to go and physically come to their office to get things done. The line is always busy - the average waiting time is about 20 minutes. The officers never call back, they answer emails in 2 weeks and the chat online doesn't give any answers and insights. My visa renewal instead of 4 days took 4 weeks and my physical visit to RAKEZ. When you send a feedback via email unfortunately they don't care and overall it has been the worst customer experience in my entire life. I am so frustrated and disappointed. They have brilliant service in the beginning, however once you become a customer it seems like no one cares about you anymore. I am very sad and sorry to write such a review, but the past 4 weeks has been a nightmare for me with daily useless calls to RAKEZ, with tons emails sent with no answer. It's very unfortunate as I truly thing that RAKEZ has potential, however, with attitude like this I'd pay a bit extra and move to another economic zone, because by the end of the day I have wasted so much time. I truly hope that my feedback can help you become better and that you will be able to make your customers less unhappy!

Absolutely the worst experience. Zero communication, no one answers the phone, and even emails are ignored. Website is often down, and there’s no support when you actually need help. The only time they respond fast is when it’s about collecting your 15,000 AED for renewal. Anything less than that? Don’t expect a reply. A complete nightmare to deal with. If you value your time and sanity, avoid at all costs.

Had a good experience with RAKEZ – from the helpful desk team to the efficiency of the accountant, the service was smooth and professional. Just a tip: be sure to carry all the necessary documents and know the exact amount due for payment to ensure a seamless process. Highly recommend for anyone looking for hassle-free business services in Dubai.
