I had been wanting to re-gear my Wrangler JL’s ring & pinion for a while but was worried about finding a shop in the region that could handle such a precise and intricate job requiring specialized tools. After some research, I found Ramy. Seeing that they sell Revolution Gear & Axle products (a great sign) and regularly post their ring & pinion work on Instagram gave me confidence that they know their craft. I drove all the way from Riyadh to Dubai for this, and I was blown away! Ramy isn’t just a workshop – they operate like a certified dealership, and in many ways, even better. They were exact with the appointment time; my car went straight into the shop as soon as I arrived and signed the paperwork. They clearly explained the timeline and delivered the job earlier than promised. Upon request, they also sent me photos and videos of my Wrangler during the work, which was a huge relief while waiting. I got my Jeep back freshly washed, with every bolt in the differential marked for torque specs, and the undercarriage spotless despite the major work done. They also provided detailed break-in instructions and asked me to return after 800 km for the differential oil change. I’ve now driven the 800 km and returned for the oil change – zero issues. The Jeep drives and sounds completely OEM. The job was done perfectly. ✅🙏🏻 The price was excellent and included everything (parts, labour, and two differential oil changes). No other workshop I contacted offered a price anywhere close to this, let alone such an all-inclusive package. A big thank you to the entire Ramy team, especially Bassam, who took care of everything from the moment I reached out until my Wrangler was ready. We were in Dubai recently and had visited Ramy. My sole intention was to consult the service centre on the shock-absorber services for my Jeep-JL. The expertise and hospitality shown by Mr Raja (Customer Care) and Mr Krishna (Service Centre Supervisor) requires special mentioning. The whole team was highly cooperative and we ended up opting many additional services, which I felt have boosted my Jeep's performance and these things would have gone unnoticed, if we hadn't visited the place.
