I had a disappointing experience with Rasasi. After 4 meetings with CEO Ismail, the son of the Chairman, where he expressed interest in my application, I was left without updates for over two months. Despite multiple follow-ups from both myself and the recruitment agency, communication was minimal and unprofessional. The recruitment agency kept asking me to call them for updates, which was frustrating, as they should have been the ones providing information. I want to note that I have stable work and they approached me; I did not apply. Traveling to Dubai four times was a waste of my time, as I truly value my time. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the process and informed the recruitment agency of my decision due to the lack of communication. It was frustrating to see the company actively hiring on LinkedIn without any updates regarding my role. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Rasasi. UPDATE: I informed the recruitment agency over a month ago that I was no longer interested in the job, but today, November 11, 2024, the recruiter reached out to me via phone call and WhatsApp. She asked if I had received any updates or calls from Rasasi, which makes it clear that Rasasi has not provided any feedback to the agency in over two months.

Very bad customer service. Don't buy anything from them online. It is very difficult to return the item. Cannot return the item to physical store. Its been 2 weeks now I had given a return request. till no response.

Front desk who receive call doesn’t have patience to listen what caller is asking for. Felt very bad.

I already call the purchase department and thy didn’t have any basic answers!!
